Two medals so far

 First was the silver in cycling team sprint. Kelsey Mitchell, Sarah Orban and Lauriane Genest wins it.

Now the gold from Summer McIntosh. She wins the 400m individual medley in the time of 4:29.01. She won by 8 seconds, set a Canadian record AND broke a Commonwealth games record.  Keep an eye on her. There could be more of this coming.
