Christine Girard a two time Olympic medalist? yup.

Christine Girard is now a two time Olympic medalist AND an Olympic champion in weightlifting after being upgraded in two different Olympics.  she had finished 4th in 2008 in Beijing and was upgraded after the original silver medalist, from Kazakhstan was disqualified for using a banned substance.  the original bronze medalist is now a silver medalist.  in 2012 in London, she had won bronze in the 63kg weight class.  the original gold medalist, from Kazazhstan was busted for taking an anabolic steroid.  the silver medalist had been busted later for taking another substance.  that moves Girard from bronze to gold.  a good day then.
