Paralympic numbers and could there be an upgrade

First the numbers.  Canada will be sending 128 Paralympians to Tokyo.  Also 4237 among 96 nations will be heading there.

 As for the potential upgrade? In the men's 4x100m relay in which Canada got a bronze, one of the silver medal Great Britain runners may have been caught with a banned substance in his system. If true, the British team will lose silver, Canada upgraded to silver and whomever finished 4th will get bronze.
