Canoeing to a bronze

 Laurence Vincent Lapointe and Katie Vincent just picked up Canada's 11th bronze, coming in third in the C2 500m event. The 11 bronze goes with 6g and 6s for 23 total.  The 23 overall is now the highest total in a non boycott Olympics.  They had 44 in 1984, but that was the Soviet led boycott for the Jimmy Carter led boycott in 1980.
