Italy wins the group with 6 pts meanwhile Belgium hangs on to beat Sweden 1-0 to finish second in group E with 6 pts (Italy beat Belgium in their matchup) Sweden finishes last with 1 pt and is out. the round of 16 is set and goes as follows: Swizterland vs Poland, Wales vs Northern Ireland and Croatia vs Portugal on Saturday; France vs Ireland, Germany vs Slovakia and Hungary vs Belgium on Sunday; and to round it out, Italy vs Spain and England vs Iceland on Monday.
