Stars tame Wild, Hurricanes blow away Islanders

 The Dallas Stars just beat the Minnesota Wild 4-1 in game 6 and the series 4-2. They await the winner of the Colorado vs Seattle series. 

Meanwhile Carolina beat the Islanders 2-1 in overtime to ein that series, also 4-2. They await the winner of the New Jersey vs N.Y Rangers series.
