 1g 2s 1b. The gold courtesy of Sarah Mitton in the shot put. The silvers: first one from Summer McIntosh in the 400m freestyle.  McIntosh is part of the 4x100m medley that won the second silver.  Sophie Angus, Kylie Masse, Maggie Mac Niell, Ella Jansen and Mary Sophie-Harvey was part of the relay.  The bronze came from Zachary Gingras in the 100m T38 race. 11 medals today so far. That is now 16g, 20s, 21b for 57 total.
