the Houston Astros draw first blood, winning game 1 5-2 in Kansas City. Colby Springer and Colby Rasmus provided the offense for Houston, while Kendrys Morales scored both run via the home run. first Royals multi homer game since 1985 when George Brett did it. Collin McHugh picked up the win, Yorlando Ventura got the loss and Luke Gregerson picked up the save. game two is in Kansas City tomorrow. first pitch approx. 1:45 Edmonton time
