the mets tied the series with a 12-5 win over the cardinals. 7 home runs by both teams tonight (4 by the mets 3 by st.louis). a 3 run 5th and a 6 run 6th inning did it for the mets. game 5 tomorrow in st. louis and game 6 is in new york on wednesday.
