 Maggie Mac Niell won a silver in the 100m fly on the second day of swimming at the world aquatics championships. When Fukuoka hosted in 2001, Canada got no medals in swimming. 


Meanwhile at the womens world cup,  Brazil beat Panama 4-0, Italy beat Argentina 1-0 and Germany beat Morocco 6-0. Tonight has New Zealand 🇳🇿 vs Philippines 🇵🇭, Switzerland 🇨🇭 vs Norway 🇳🇴 and Colombia 🇨🇴 vs South Korea 🇰🇷.
