tigers extend series in a big way

the detroit tigers hung on to beat texas 7-5.  the rangers made it close late.  the tigers got 4 key runs in the sixth with a natural cycle (a single, double, triple and home run in consecutive at bats - a first in post season history). the got another run in the 7th to cap it.  the rangers still lead the series, now three games to two.  game six is saturday in texas.
