labour (or labor) day long weekend
the final long weekend of the summer is upon us. with the fall day yesterday, tis turning out to be a nice one as well. even to the end of the week the summer weather will arrive. nascar race tomorrow night from atlanta, loads of afternoon baseball you can shake a stick at, and the labour day cfl weekend that started yesterday with b.c. beating toronto and ending monday with the doubleheader, with montreal visiting hamilton and edmonton going to calgary. tomorrow its saskatchewan playing winnipeg in part one of the "banjo bowl." and preseason nfl football as well. nice way to start september.
