1972 summit series on dvd
i have the complete dvd series of the '72 summit series. it features all 8 games between canada and the soviet union. it also features one of two exhibition games between canada and sweden in stockholm, a feature presentation of the series capturing the highlights and reactions, a featurette 'where were you in '72?' the best of '72, player interviews, hockey hall of fame induction, a return visit to luzhniki ice palase in moscow and the team reunion. an 8 disc set. so far ive watched the first 3 discs (the feature presentation, the sweden exhibiton game, where were you in '72 and the first 2 games of the series). people that were alive then will always remember the series winning goal scored by paul henderson. as foster hewitt called it, 'henderson has scored for canada.'
