canada lost to russia in hockey 2-0. russia just thouroughly outplayed them. russia plays finland. sweden plays the czech rep/slovakia winner. while in curling brad gushues rink will play for gold on friday and shannon kleibrinks rink will play for bronze on thursday.

update: czech rep. 3 slovakia 1. the czechs will play sweden in the semis.
