end of march already? wow march is done already. flew by like yesterdays news. with april on the doorstep, a new month brings a new baseball season, the nhl and nba playoffs and the end of the ncaa tournament. and bye bye snow.

final four set north carolina is in the final four with a 72-60 win over oklahoma. they will face villanova in one semi final matchup next saturday. michigan state is also in the final four with a 64-52 win over villanova and will face conneticut next saturday also.

ncaa tourney rd 4. conneticut held of a pesky missouri team and is now in the final four with a 82-75 win. meanwhile, villanova hung on to beat pittsburgh 78-76 to also advance to the final four. villanova will face withe oklahoma or north carolina and conneticut will face either louisville or michigan st. oklahoma/north carolina and louisville/michigan state is tomorrow

ncaa tournament round 3 in the west bracket, it will be connneticut vs missouri in one 'elite eight' matchup. conneticut beat purdue 72-60 while missouri beat memphis 102-91. pittsburgh and villanova will meet in another 'elite eight' matchup. pittsburgh beat xavier 60-55 and villanova killed duke 77-54. tomorrow to finish round 3, it will be louisville vs arizona, kansas vs michigan st, north carolina vs gonzaga and syracuse vs oklahoma. the winners will round out the elite eight.

food city 500 kyle busch OWNED bristol motor speedway leading almost 400 of 504 laps (yep another green white checkered finish) and won the food city 500. unbeatable would be the appropriate word. teammate denny hamlin finished 2nd, jimmie johnson was third and jeff gordon was 4th.

shelby 427 kyle busch won after winning the pole and having to start at the back due to something (i dont know what). once he took the lead it was his. jeff burton finished 2nd. matt kenseth was in an incident and finished last. next race in atlanta next week.
