 These games were held in Tokyo Japan from July 23 to August 8, 2021. The games were delayed a year due to COVID. 206 nations (refugee Olympic Athletes and Russian Olympic athletes included) 3x3 basketball, freestyle BMX, baseball (returns), softball (returns), Madison cycling returns (men) or debuts (women) karate, sports climbing, surfing, and skateboarding debuts or returns. Bermuda, Philippines, and Qatar win first gold. Burkina Faso, San Marino, and Turkmenistan win first medals. United States won most gold (39) and most overall (113).
