Time change + CFL division semis

It's time to fall back. At 2am tonight we turn our clocks back "officially." Be sure to do so before you go to bed. Unless you live somewhere where you don't have to. Like Saskatchewan. Where I am. Tonight is when we go to standard time.

Now for the CFL division semis. The east semi had Toronto beat Ottawa 58-38 and will face Montreal in the east final next Saturday. In the west, Saskatchewan beat B.C. 28-19 and will face Winnipeg, also next Saturday. We're that much closer to the Grey Cup.

Refugee Olympic Athletes team also won a medal. 3. 85 nations won a medal. 4. 32 Olympic records and 10 world records fell. 5.  Siffan Hassan won a bronze in 5000 and 10000 meter and a gold in marathon. That's over 57km in running. Wow. 6.  One podium sweep and it was France in men's BMX. Toris Daudet (gold), Sylvain Andre (silver) and Romain Mahieu (bronze) was on the podium. 7. United States and China tied for most gold (40). United States won most overall (40g, 44s, 42b) with 126. France had 16g, 26s, 22b for 64 total. Canada won 9g, 7s, 11b for 27 total. Coming up had the Paralympics.
