Two to start

 Let's start with the bronze. It came from Tess Routliffe in the pool. Her bronze was in the 100m breaststroke SB7. 

Now the gold from Aurelie Rivard in the 400m freestyle S10. Her 13th Paralympic medal. That is now 5g, 6s, 8b for 19 total. 10 of them in the pool.
