A pair of early medals

 First a gold. It comes from Greg Stewart in shot put. Also he's 7 foot. And came out of retirement last year. 

Now the silver. It comes from Nathan Clement in the T1-2 road time trial. That is now 3g, 5s, 7b for 15 total.
