1928 winter olympics
the 1928 winter Olympics were in St. Moritz, Switzerland and were held from February 11 to 19th. 25 nations participated in these games. the weather was a big highlight here. the opening ceremonies were held in a blizzard. the rest of the Olympics were held in warmer weather. it led to a cancellation of one event when temperatures got as high as 25c. eep. other highlights has Sonja Henie winning her first gold and host Switzerland won a medal - a bronze. that is the lowest output by a host nation.
