3X3 wheelchair basketball teams.

 Here are Canada's 3X3 wheelchair basketball teams. They are: women; Tara Llanes, Tamara Steeves, Kady Dandeneau and Elodie Tessier.

Men; Vincent Dallaire, Garrett Ostepchuk, Colin Higgins and Robert Hedges. 

I think that is it for all the team announcements.  Canada is in all sports except netball, cricket and powerlifting.

 Yup. Monday was my colonoscopy. Was...... Interesting. Kinda cool to see the inside of a colon though. Watched 5 polyps removed. No cancer. Yesterday was the US election. Today I saw the IIHF announce they're preparing a proposal for 3x3 hockey as soon as the 2030 winter Olympics. Interesting. That's it so far.
